Ever since my bout with COVID and then moving back to working from the office, I’ve found that the change in both my health and also the commute added back into my days has really messed with my routine. Given how entrenched I was in my previous routine (528 consecutive days of workouts!), suddenly being forced to take some days off through me into a complete ditch. It’s crazy and more than a little disconcerting. Really makes you think carefully about breaking good habits and how hard it is to get them up and keep them up.

So, we begin again, but it is tough. Very tough. So tough it’ll have to start tomorrow. :-)
